First of all, I'd like to point out that the service is extremely good - I first purchased another bamboo flute but then received the advise that I should change to this one because the other one is not suitable for my region due to climatic reasons and it can be easily damaged ~ So I switched over to this one without paying extra fees ~ The ordered item arrived within 5 days to Germany!rnrnThe item itself is more beautiful than shown in the pictures here and you can really feel a handicraft made with much love and effort. It feels authenthic and the sound is as promising as described. The carrying bag mentioned above consists of a pretty red cotton which reminds you on Cashmere ~rnrnAll in all, I would buy Chinese instruments here any time again, the quality is unparalleled ~

I originally ordered the vertical bamboo flute (xoo6), but I received an email saying that it was out of stock, so they asked if it was ok to upgrade me to this xiao for no extra cost (a 25 dollar difference!) So after happily accepting the offer, my order came in just over a week (along with my ebony sandalwood erhu)! rnrnEverything was packaged great and I have found no cosmetic or functional damage to either instrument.
